If anyone's wondering (which I doubt), I'm not dead. I'm just too lazy to blog. My revived Ragna addiction might have something to do with it too :P

It's strange. I hardly ever dream (or, rather, I hardly ever REMEMBER my dreams) but since I've come back here, I've been having vivid dreams almost everyday. What's even weirder is that they all have the same basic plot: it's my birthday and I'm really busy making preparations when suddenly my friends arrive (for some reason, I wasn't expecting them) and they all hang out in my house. The details vary, though; I distinctly remember one dream having a fireworks show at the end. But what's really bothering me (but not really in a bad way) is that a certain person is ALWAYS in the dream. I don't really remember which of my friends were actually there, except for this one person (because he's always there :P). Even if you don't know me that well, you can probably guess who he is. If not, you can always ask. Whether or not I'm going to tell you is a different story :P

I wonder if there's a correlation between having long, vivid dreams and sleeping at 4 am.. Wala kasing incentive matulog nang maaga pag 4 pm pa klase mo the next day :P

i'm not sure but i think the key to remembering your dreams is to cut your sleep cycle.. they say that you need 2 hours to complete your sleep cycle.. try setting your alarm clock to a time that is 120n + 60 mins.. (give or take 20 minutes i guess) from the time you normally sleep..

and about sleeping at 4am.. i have a theory (as always).. hehe.. i've read somewhere that you have a tendency to remember your dreams more if you have them while in an almost awake state.. and since your body clock still believes that you should be awake earlier in the morning (which, i assume, isn't the time when you'll be waking up).. it starts to be more active during that time.. however you won't really wake up because you're too tired from staying up so late.. so you go into the almost awake state enabling you to remember your dreams more..

haha.. sorry for the essay of a comment..

wow amazing.. parang yung nabasa kong libro kanina.. can men get pregnant? haha.. walang connection.. pero masaya lang ang mga theories nila.. at mukang feasible nga..

hi hello, you don't know me but I'd like to agree with this:
" think the key to remembering your dreams is to cut your sleep cycle"
i'm not sure if you need only two hours to complete the sleep cycle but i agree with cutting the sleep cycle pero dapat dun sa part ng sleep mo while you're dreaming (according to them, dreams happen when the brain is resting) and not when its you're body is resting (coz there are two alternating states of being sleep).
haha.sorry kung epal. :p

hey
